Biosphere 2 - November 25, 2012
18 Model A'ers in 8 Model A's and Model T gathered at the Sunnyside Up Cafe for breakfast before heading out on their tour of the Biosphere 2.
The trip to the Biosphere was great and the weather conditions couldn't have been better.
Upon arrival we were greeted by our tour guide Carol. She gave us a very informative tour of the
facilities which took us through the different environments that make the Biosphere unique, the rain forest,
the savannah, the ocean and the desert. We continued the tour through the mechanical operations that supply
the Biosphere with conditioned air which lead us to the South Lung which is necessary for the pressure stabilization
of the facility.
All in all it was a great outing and no mechanical breakdowns.
