Twenty-six Model A and Model T Club members and 2 guests trekked up Kitt Peak for hobo stew in a variety of vehicles on Sunday, October 22. Ten Model A’s, 1 Model T and 8 modern cars made the trip to enjoy Joe and Kelly’s stew in absolutely perfect weather. After the delicious lunch, several members made the trip up to the telescope area to the Visitor’s Center and the gift shop. Thanks to Joe and Kelly and all who contributed a large variety canned vegetables, fresh salads and some particularly good “Halloween” themed deserts. Nobody came away hungry. .
